Climate change have to stop. If we do not do any thing about it the Antarctic Peninsula might disappear.

"Antarctica has exceeded 20C for the first time, after researchers logged a temperature of 20.75C on an island off the coast of the peninsula."
Explains the BBC News.
The past 9th of February the ice continent hit the record with a temperature of 18.3C, which is quite warm for one of the coolest months of the year. Even though, last July was recored the temperature of 21C that made a new record in the Antarctic Peninsula.
But, how fast is this warming happening?
Actually, temperatures on the Antarctic Peninsula have risen by almost 3C over the past 50 years, and, in fact, nearly the 87% of the glaciers along its west coast have almost disappeared.
And, according to the UN's World Meteorological Organization (WMO), last month was also Antarctica's warmest January on record.

What do you think about this theme? And, what do you think about climate change? Are you concerned about it? What are you going to do to try to help it?

Good afternoon to everybody! I believe that we must take much more care of our environment in which we all live and share. If we do not take care of the environment, this will have a negative effect against us. I hope that this news from the BBC makes people more aware.
I think that these situations in Antarctica are really worrying, because we are not only destroying the environment, but also killing species that are in danger of extinction. Furthermore, we not only harm the earth, but ourselves, putting our health in danger. To stop climate change it is really difficult to do it on a large scale, but small changes such as recycling or reducing the consumption of plastic elements among others, we would take great steps.
Hello! That was a interesting and important theme to talk. From my point of view climate change has been taken seriously too late, although now are trying to change and save the earth this has already done, and will have in the future, consequences that we can never revert, how for example the destruction fot the Antartic Peninsula what did you mention in the post, this glaciers we never come back and as a result of this the temperatures in the earth maybe never be the same, however if everyone try to stop this now these consequences will not increase anymore and could save a lot of things , like animals, the main affected about this.
